YuJa Inc is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-oriented
Account Manager to help drive satisfaction with existing accounts,
maintain our 99%+ customer retention rate, and collaboratively
cross-sell existing accounts. We offer a dynamic, diverse, and

U.S. offices in Silicon Valley, California and Canadian offices in
Toronto.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Be a liaison between clients and internal departments to
coordinate client requests
- Fulfill on revenue commitment for upsells and new product
acquisition
- Present products and services to clients that have not been
previously purchased
- Provide quotations in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor the client's budget and product usage
- Observe trends, and changes on client accounts
- Provide progress reports to clients and upper
management
- Work with the Customer Success Team to maximize customer
retention
- Work with Account Executives on client "handoff"
- Negotiate agreement renewals and contract changes
- Update records to show the most recent client information
YuJa's Account Managers have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- A history of meeting retention goals and/or revenue
quotas
- The ability to build relationships with senior-level
professionals
- Works well under pressure
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Effective problem solving, time management and organization
skills
- Curiosity
- A competitive spirit
- Ambitious, ready to learn attitude with a desire to
grow
- A people and detail-oriented personality
- The ability to maintain a professional and a fun attitude,
especially during conferences over Google Meets, Zoom,
etc.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The desire to be a team player and inclination to contribute to
group goals
