on-site role for a Sales Manager at Estate Yountville in
Yountville, CA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for
developing and implementing sales strategies, building and
maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and
collaborating with the marketing team to drive business
growth.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement
strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targetsBuild and
maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate
accounts, travel agents, and event organizersConduct market
research and competitive analysis to inform sales
strategiesNegotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on
maximizing hotel revenueRepresent the hotel at industry events,
trade shows, and networking functionsPrepare regular sales reports
and forecasts for senior management reviewMonitor and analyze sales
performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet goalsWork
closely with other departments, such as operations and guest
services, to ensure seamless service delivery for clientsProvide
exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients,
ensuring a high level of satisfaction REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSales
Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
Target AchievementMarketing Collaboration, Business Growth, and
Strategic PlanningExcellent communication and negotiation
skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong
organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience in the
hospitality or luxury sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business
