Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Cybersecurity
GRC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, managing
workflows and performance evaluations
Assist in developing and managing annual operational budgets and
performance metrics
Ensure compliance with information security laws and guidelines
while supporting cybersecurity strategy and project
coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information
technology, or computer science
Seven plus years of experience in a related field, with at least
two years in a supervisory role
Experience in healthcare or a related environment
Certification in a relevant area (e.g., CISSP, CISA) within one
year of entering the position
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and relevant tools
